Important information for flights from Bourgas to St. Petersburg and Moscow

Bulgaria Air has been in constant contact with the Russian Consulate in Bulgaria since Friday and provides up-to-date information on the upcoming departure hours of both the Embassy of Russia and the passengers of Burgas Airport. Every two hours, an airline representative provides food and water for passengers affected by delays.

Passengers from the delayed flights who want to buy a ticket with another airline on the same routes Bourgas-Moscow-Bourgas and Bourgas-Saint-Petersburg-Burgas can do so and Bulgaria Air will refund the amount of these tickets!

Passengers on site can turn to the airline's representative for food and drinks or to arrange hotel accommodation.

We remind that due to the bad meteorological conditions in Moscow on Friday, Saturday, hundreds of flights at Sheremetyevo Airport were canceled, which required a re-planning of Bulgaria Air flights flight from and to Bourgas and Moscow so that it would be aligned with the organization of the Russian Airport. As a result, flights from Burgas to Moscow and St. Petersburg were delayed, but the organisation is gradually recovering.
