* Exceptions from the indicated conditions are possible as for economy as also for business class. In case of cancellation before or after the flight of a ticket in the J class of Business EXECUTIVE, the sums paid are not refundable.
In case of combination of two tariffs the terms of the more restrictive one are applied.
** In case of change of date the passengers shall pay the applicable fee in accordance with the tariff which the ticket is issued under. In case that same booking class is not available for the newly selected flight, the difference to a ticket in the next class is also paid.
The fee for the first registered luggage up to 23 kg and 158cm* with NOBAG tariff is as follows:
• 30 EUR for the following destinations: Tel Aviv**, London**, Madrid, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris
• 20 EUR for the following destinations: Frankfurt, Berlin, Zurich**, Prague, Vienna, Rome, Milan, Larnaca, Heraklion, Athens
• 15 EUR for domestic lines
*The sum of the external dimensions of the length, height and width of the luggage /l+h+w/. **Shipping fee from Tel Aviv is in USD, from Zurich in CHF, from London in GBP.
Additional checked luggage can be requested and paid for:
• at Bulgaria Air offices in the country and abroad
• through the Customer Service Center at e-mail: callfb@air.bg
• through the travel agency, issuer of the ticket
Checked luggage can also be purchased at the airport before the flight for:
• Fee 50 EUR – for all international lines
• Fee 30 EUR – for internal lines
For heavier, oversized or additional luggage, Bulgaria Air's standard conditions apply.
• Holders of co-branded credit cards of the Central Cooperative Bank and Bulgaria Air, gold members of the Bulgaria Air loyalty program FLY MORE, as well as members of the CCB CLUB bonus program should contact the Bulgaria Air Call Center or visit the nearest office of the airline to be issued a ticket with the right to use the 2 pieces free checked baggage.
• The presence of CCB Club cards, CCB Bulgaria Air Co-branded and Gold cards under the Loyal customers program does not entitle you to free baggage under the no-baggage tariff (NOBAG).
