for the challenging and rewarding role of Agency Helpdesk expert.

As a part of Agency Helpdesk team, you will be at the heart of the realization of our B2B commercial strategy with a critical role:

• supports the activities of travel agencies
• responds by email to inquiries from travel agencies
• analyzes problems and weaknesses of current products and makes suggestions for the purchase of new ones
• testing new products before releasing them for widespread use
• implementing new products in the reservation system related to improving the customer experience

Competencies and qualifications required:

• IATA certificate
• Amadeus certificateis a must
• Knowledge of the possibilities of the reservation, distribution and aviation systems used by the airline.
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical thinking
• Prioritization skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and energetic person
• Team player and excellent communication skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of English Language –written and spoken
• Computer skills - good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Similar professional experience in the aviation industry will be considered as an advantage
