Financial Manager (FP&A team)

Reporting:

-       Prepare monthly management reporting and bi-annual budget with forecast updates on a regular basis

-       Analyse the key business drivers in the monthly management reports

-       Prepare historical and forecasted cash flow analyses

-       Prepare financial and operational models to evaluate cost optimization initiatives

-       Prepare ad-hoc reports, as requested by the CFO

-       Monitor that all budgets and other financial information are accurately prepared and timely submitted

Commercial analysis:

-       Identify and analyse the key drivers impacting both operating and financial performance of the Company,

-       Perform business risks assessment, build risk matrices and SWOT analysis

-       Collect relevant data to support the revenue management department

-       Analyse historic financial performance, key trends, link to operating metrics, identify areas of improvements

Project management:- Management of project timetables and resources

- Management of the teams consisting of specialists from different departments

Qualifications and Experience

-       ACCA/CIMA/ CFA qualified or midway

-       Industry experience in Aviation and/or Tourism considered strong advantage

-       4+ years financial management experience

-       Proven experience in financial modelling and cash flow management

-       Enthusiastic, self-starter with strategic thinking and proven track record of working effectively under pressure within short deadlines

-       Proactivity and willingness to learn and share knowledge across the various teams

-       Excellent project management and presentation skills: issue focused approach, presentation of key metrics and findings in a concise way using graphical tools and tables

-       IFRS knowledge
