Bulgaria Air adds Varna-Paris-Varna route to its schedule for summer 2025

Flights will start on April 17 and will operate twice a week throughout the summer season

Spring is upon us soon, and with it comes increased opportunities for shared and anticipated travel. The national carrier is expanding its network of international routes operated from Varna Airport for the upcoming summer season, adding one more new and attractive destination – Paris. For the first time, the direct route from Varna will be operated to Charles de Gaulle International Airport, Paris, making possible many transfer connections between the Northern Black Sea coast and numerous Western European and trans-oceanic destinations.

The first flight from Varna to the French capital is scheduled for 17 April, and flights will be twice a week during the summer season – every Monday and Thursday. The journey is priced from 169 euros for a one-way ticket in economy class.

Another direct route will start on April 17, namely Varna – Frankfurt – Varna. Known from last year’s summer season, the seasonal route will once again offer passengers a direct connection between the German financial center and the seaside capital of Bulgaria. The flights will operate twice a week – Monday and Thursday, and economy class prices start at 149 euros one way.

From June 15 Bulgaria Air will resume its direct route Varna – Prague – Varna with flights twice a week (Wednesday and Sunday). The Czech capital has a rich cultural and historical heritage along with a number of culinary delights. Prices for a one-way ticket in economy class start from 119 euros each way.

Flights from Varna to these three European destinations are scheduled to be operated by the newest additions to Bulgaria Air's fleet – the Airbus A220 aircraft. With its passenger cabin advantages, the modern A220 provides excellent short and medium haul travel conditions. 

The economy class fare for the three destinations from Varna includes 10 kg of hand luggage together with a handbag or laptop. Passengers can take advantage of free check-in for the flight, as well as included in the price delicious catering on board – hot sandwich, chocolate, water and refreshing hot and cold drinks.
