The groundhandling operator Swissport offers the possibility for antigen tests at the airport before the flights to Amsterdam and Prague

Dear passengers,

We remind you that for your convenience at Terminal 2 at Sofia Airport you can do your quick antigen test for Covid-19, performed by a certified laboratory organized by the ground handling operator Swissport. Currently, the service is offered before each flight of Bulgaria Air to Amsterdam and Prague, and to take advantage of the opportunity you need to check in at the airport 4 hours before your flight.

Before traveling, it is necessary to check the current requirements for entering the final destination, as well as those for the transfer point, if any. More information on the measures introduced for the Netherlands can be found here, and for the Czech Republic here.

Bulgaria Air operates its flights under strict hygiene measures with UV disinfection with the innovative technology of Honeywell UV Cabin System II, in addition to cleaning with specialized and certified by the health authorities referrals. The air during the entire flight is filtered through special HEPA filters, which are equipped with all aircraft of the airline, ensuring the non-spread of any infection - viral and bacterial, by air during the flight. Wearing a protective mask is mandatory on all flights operated by Bulgaria Air. Catering on board has been suspended in order for passengers not to take off their protective masks and to remain as protected as possible.
