Opportunities for your trip in connection with the ban on flights from Bulgaria to Russia.

In relation with the prohibition on flights from Bulgaria to Russia, Bulgaria Air canceled its flights from Sofia to Moscow until March 31, 2022 and until further information is received.

All Bulgaria Air flights from Bulgaria to Russia have been canceled due to force majeure and we apologize for the inconvenience.

In this regard, the airline provides the following flexible ticket options for all its flights to and from Moscow:

1. If your flight is not canceled but you wish to postpone your trip:

 • We provide you with the opportunity for single change of the date of the ticket free of charge, with additional payment of the difference in the fare, if there is any.

Terms of Use:

    • You need to inform the ticket issuer of the decision to postpone your trip for up to 24 hours before the departure of the flight, so as not to be considered absent from the flight. Changes in the tickets of missing passengers for the flight will be made under the terms of the purchased ticket.   

  • The ticket must be reissued within its validity period (one year from the date of issue).

   • You can select new travel dates within the ticket validity period (one year from the date of issue).

2. In case your flight is annulled:

We offer you the following options, completely free:   

  • Leaving the ticket with open dates    

  • Change of the destination of the direct flights of Bulgaria Air  

    • Free name change (ticket transfer)

Terms of Use:

1. no later than 24 hours before the original (canceled) flight by contacting the ticket issuer.  
2.  The ticket must be reissued within its validity period (one year from the date of issue).  
3.  You can choose the new travel dates within the validity of the ticket one year from the date of issue).
