Bulgaria Air launches new Varna – Paris – Varna route

From today the national carrier connects our sea capital with one of the most enchanting European cities – Paris. The new seasonal route Varna – Paris – Varna was launched on 17 April and will run twice a week – every Monday and Thursday, during the summer season until October. The first arriving flight from Paris of Bulgaria Air was solemnly welcomed at Varna Airport with a water salute – a traditional greeting to the new routes. Passengers on board were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome in the seaside town and the attention to detail from the airport.            

The city of romance, fashion capital of the world and emanation of French culture is now just 3 hours away. For the first time, direct flights from Varna land at Charles de Gaulle International Airport, a major hub for connections to hundreds of Western European and intercontinental destinations. This gives residents of Varna and the North Black Sea region an even more convenient opportunity to visit the French capital as well as to travel to a number of global destinations.            

Tickets on the new route are priced from €169 one way, with economy class including 10kg hand luggage and a small personal bag (handbag or laptop), free check-in and delicious on-board catering – warm sandwich, chocolate, water, coffee and a choice of hot and cold drinks.            

The flights to Paris, as well as the seasonal direct services to Prague and Frankfurt, which start in June, will be operated with the newest aircraft from Bulgaria Air's fleet – the modern Airbus A220. They offer a comfortable and spacious cabin, wider seats in economy class, larger windows and luggage compartments, along with USB charging for electronic devices, ensuring an even more enjoyable journey for every passenger on board.
