Delayed flights due to a technical problem

Dear passengers,

Due to a technical problem on one of the planes, some changes to the flight program had to be made to avoid the avalanche effect of accumulating delays on multiple lines. This is also the reason for delaying single flights of the airline today. We are deeply sorry for the inconvience and we apologize to our passengers for the situation. We are doing our best to reduce the discomfort of waiting!

The technical problem will be repaired by the end of the day and the delays will be cleared out.

Aditional staff is provided at Sofia Airport so that the needs of all passengers be met. Those passengers who have to travel urgently can turn to the service agents at Sofia airport or the Center for Customer Care for rerouting.

Food and drinks are ensured. For those whose flights are late, there is also a hotel where they can relax until their flight time is over. Passengers can contact any airport service agent or Customer Service Center for any further information.
