From October 14 2021, Bulgaria Air resumes flights to Israel
From October 14, the national carrier Bulgaria Air will resume flights to Tel Aviv.
As of October 10, according to Order № RD01-767 of 10.09.2021 Israel enters in the list of countries whose COVID-19 vaccination, testing and disease certificates are considered equivalent to the EU digital COVID certificate.
- Israel is one of the countries for which the requirement for quarantine upon arrival in Bulgaria is dropped, according to order № RD-01-459 of the Ministry of Health from August 11.
- Travelers to Israel should be informed in advance of all measures taken and instructions for entry and passage through the country, which you can find out from the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel .
Passenger safety and health have always been of paramount importance to the airline, which is why Bulgaria Air has taken the highest possible hygiene and safety measures on board the aircraft. Before and after each flight, all surfaces and seats in the passenger compartment and the cabin are thoroughly disinfected with detergents that are effective for 24 hours. The air in the planes is constantly renewed through the engines, as all planes of Bulgaria Air are equipped with special air HEPA filters, which eliminate up to 99.998% of all bacteria and viruses. Hot water, soaps and disinfectants are provided in the sanitary facilities on board.
In the interest of the health of passengers, a rule has been introduced for the mandatory wearing of protective masks by all during the flight.
