Dear passengers,
According to the latest regulations of the local authorities in Israel, all persons allowed to enter the country, all departing and transiting, including Israeli citizens, are required to provide a negative PCR test performed 72 hours before departure. In addition, on arrival in Israel, all passengers must perform a PCR test on site (can be pre-saved here). Arriving from Bulgaria to Israel are also subject to a 14-day quarantine, which can be shortened by negative PCR on the 7th day of entry.
Those travelling from Bulgaria to Israel must fill in both the entry form - fill in here - and the quarantine form (for those for whom it is applicable) - in English and Hebrew. For more information - https://go.gov.il/entry-to-israel-en . In addition, a customs declaration is required (download the form here in English, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish and French).
Flights between Sofia and Tel Aviv temporarily land at Terminal 1 at Ben Guiron Airport. In the direction of Sofia there is no change in the service terminal - terminal 3.
As of August 16, Israeli citizens and permanent residents are banned from entering Bulgaria from Israel.
